it is just unbelivable that you ask users to pay for a service that they cannot test and in a small note it is written that it is NOT Possible to add the subtitles to the video itself, so what is the app exactly for if not for adding the subtitles to the videos??? the price is also ridiculously high, luckily I downloaded this other autocaptioning app that actually works and cost less then half of what that you are asking, your app made me so mad that I came back to give it a bad review

Saw a YouTube video on their own channel saying you could add a progress bar. I downloaded the app and all I saw was bs about adding subtitles and them quickly trying to get me to pay to use that one and only feature. Nothing to do with progress bar. False advertising. This app is a dud

I purchased this app last month expecting it to generate subtitles for my videos. After subscribing I found out that it doesn't generate subtitles as expected. So I'm left with an app that doesn't work. Customer service took weeks to reply to my refund request. Which was denied. I was told that they do not handle payments and to go to Google for that. Not impressed since Google play doesn't generate refunds for apps purchased past the 48hour time line. If you have an android please be warned!
