The Palisades Tahoe app will be retiring this season. Starting winter 25/26, all mountain tracking and resort features will live in the Ikon Pass app. To continue tracking your ski days and access new features across 60+ Ikon Pass destinations, download and use the Ikon Pass app. Now there’s one great app to max your fun locally and beyond!
If you wish to transfer your stats to the Ikon Pass app, you must do so manually, they will not transfer automatically. Log in to the Palisades Tahoe app and follow the pop-up instructions for previous season stat transfer. Be sure to download and use the Ikon Pass app to continue to track stats starting winter 25/26. All stats must be transferred before the end of the 25/26 season.
After transferring your stats, use the Ikon Pass app to track your upcoming ski and snowboard days.

Ratings and reviews

Inconsistent at best and has gotten worse since its release. Sometimes it'll track the whole day. Most times though it will track half a day, or no day at all. Vert ft is totally off every time. If you're looking for a way to track your runs I'd just pay for the Ski Tracks app because this is so inconsistent it's literally just a waste of battery. I've followed all the recommendations, precise location data, bypass power save mode even when running in the background, power save off entirely, etc

At Alpine this app is really poor at tracking, Palisades reasonable. I know all the settings on tracking and battery, no restrictions.... reinstall, turn phone on and off. So Wolverine/ Beaver bowl will not get tracked and half the runs at Lakeview will often not track. Clearly the app doesn't do agood job at cachingtge location and updating between signal drops. No logic for being on top of a lift and you clearly had to ride to the next lift you got on. Not hard to figure out for a developer

2025 Feb16-23. App is extremely unreliable for tracking number of runs. App shows my location but does not record runs with all the correct battery and other settings. Only one out of 6 consecutive ski days fully tracked! Thumbs down. 2024 Feb. App is failing miserably. 2021_App developers keep improving and respond promptly to glitch reports.
