I love my Lumo Lift which works fine, but I keep encountering issues with the app. I often have to restart it several times before it will connect to the Lumo Lift. Also, it reduces the number of steps taken for the previous day so that on some days it's as if I didn't reach my goal when I actually did. And currently, it's stuck on 0 hours of good posture and 0 steps for the last 3 or 4 days even though I wore my Lumo Lift the whole day every day. UPDATE: rating changed after help from Lumo Bodytech resolved these issues. Thanks!
I really like and respect this app, I saw it advertised on tv. I want it to function and work. It has so much potential to be a great product, if only it works. Please take your time to release updates to fix this app. The users voicing frustration aren't wrong at all. Take your time to fix it all I ask. It has so much to it....
Frustrating that you have to spend long time to connect initially and next morning it disconnected again. Never had issues like that with fitbit.
Simple interface gets the job done. A feature I'd like to see added is the ability to shorten the duration of the vibration. This would help make the device quieter as presently it's loud enough for others to hear.
Bluetooth connectivity issues. After the recent recent bug fixes update, I am getting connectivity issues. Pleaee fix it. Thanks in advance.
Why is it taking so long for the Lumo run app to port over?
Improvements and bug fixes.
