I have charged the Lumo. I press the button and get an intermittent green light. I execute the LUMO ap on my smart phone. And all I get is: ”Connect your Lumo Lift”, “connecting”, and moving arcs on a circle. Question: Must I wait until hell freezes over for the Lumo to connect to my smart phone? Please advise. I am giving Lumo Lift an average rating. I await your response.
I have a Lumo lift that no longer linked after all of the software updates. Tried to unis tall and re-install but it says my account already exits. So when I try to sign in it doesn't recognize my account. Very poor.
Doesn't work Can't be paired with Samsung. Lumo' technical support sent me 2 replacement sensors, and now I have 3 sensors. None (!) can be paired with various Android phones with have in the family. Good idea, terrible execution.
Can't connect the device to the app. Can't back out, can't start over. I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. It doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy phone.
The setup for this is impossible. I get stuck on the app then lose progress upon every time I start over. I will probably end up fixing my posture on my own before I get this to actually work.
I'm not crazy about the app. I like the idea of keeping track of my posture, but without a user friendly app the lumo lift kind of loses its purpose. I don't understand why the history portion of the app doesn't actually keep track of your day to day procress. I want to keep track of my posture, but this app is terrible!!!
