It doesn't work with Android Bluetooth. 8 years ago you could blame that on Android, now it's just specific App developers fault.
The app and tech worked well on my Android for awhile, and it was great at gently reminding me to sit up straight. This is the main reason I got it -- I don't care about the steps or history so much as retraining myself to have good posture. It was great until I upgraded to Oreo, and then I had connectivity issues. I contacted customer support, and they easily resolved the issue, and followed up twice to make sure it was handled. I strongly urge you to contact support before returning as they may be able to solve the problem for you.
I've had a lumo for over two years. It was great for the first year. The second year they updated the app. I started having trouble. The app kept losing connection. I would have to uninstall and reinstall the app to connect. It was annoying, but at least it worked. About two months ago my devices and lumo stopped connecting. I contacted customer service, and they told me to get a new lumo. I did it won't connect with my phone or tablet either. I've been talking to customer service, but so far no connection. I've done a dock reboot. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still no connection. I'm really sad that the app now won't work. They really need to create a new version of the app. This one sucks.
Easy to install...just opened the app and it told you what to do. Easy sync with my Galaxy. Posture improving instantly and everyone in the office wants it now.
Can't sync with OnePlus 5t
Won't connect. Used to connect fine on iPhone.
Improvements and bug fixes.
