Lumosity Premium subscriptions are charged through your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings after purchase. Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of any term, and any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.

Ratings and reviews

Creative games that are fun and challenging. Explanations of the science behind the games are fantastic. Difficulty increases with progression. You can feel it working (subtle brain tingles), and it feels good. Not to mention, if you don't have the $ to pay for it at first, the free version gives you access to enough to enjoy and make it worth your time. Which I personally respect. Thank you, Lumosity. Illuminate the world.

Worked well until I got to higher levels. Higher levels are just designed to see the user fail. Also all the games require high rates of speed even if game is supposedly designed to measure other things . Math games, though they don't give you extra points when speed times increase are designed to ensure failure by requiring speed. Same with language, attention and flexibility games. Moving on to other apps that are designed to actually improve learning then to make sure you fail

Overall pleased with the games on the app. It would be nice to see new ones periodically added, but I get it it takes a lot to make something new. One thing I do not like is that password recovery is a nightmare through the app. It sends you an email to log you into the app through a link in the email and all it does is send me to the app store to download the app which I already have and it is up to date. So I will be able to get in eventually through a desktop, but the app is a dead end there.
