The only thing that could improve is the music accompanying it. It's a bit aggravating because you're working hard, probably unfit, getting irritated with yourself for not already being a star at this Pilates bizzo. Lol
The way the app is made caters to a person who wants to workout on their own and I like that. I like that it talks through out the work out to keep you focused and doesn't start you out with a 40 minute work out. It's starts out with 5 minutes and asks you if you have more energy! That's great. You can assess how you feel and keep going or stop. Which allows you to remain mindful during training. I recommend you at least download and try one work out. If you don't like it then delete it.
Just downloaded and done the 5 minute training. It was awesome! More than I expected being introduced to Pilates so that's a bonus for me! I've just downloaded and deleted about four different apps and this one is perfect for me so far. Thanks for creating this app! And please do continue to enhance. Lalah

Brilliant. First time ever doing yoga and love that the exercises are there beforehand to show you what to do and explains in detail. The exercises only go up to 10 minutes though which is good for beginners but would like to see an option for a longer workout. ☺
I love this workout when it works. I actually paid for the advanced Pilates but it rarely works and I can't seem to get any answers or refunds. Highly disappointed!
