The way the app is made caters to a person who wants to workout on their own and I like that. I like that it talks through out the work out to keep you focused and doesn't start you out with a 40 minute work out. It's starts out with 5 minutes and asks you if you have more energy! That's great. You can assess how you feel and keep going or stop. Which allows you to remain mindful during training. I recommend you at least download and try one work out. If you don't like it then delete it.
Ex armed forces (MD) trying to regain fitness with mobility problems. Downloaded several apps now and combining as best I can. Aternative moves work for me.
I love this workout when it works. I actually paid for the advanced Pilates but it rarely works and I can't seem to get any answers or refunds. Highly disappointed!
So helpful on many levels. This app will be a great companion for beginners to advanced students. Also helps with weight gain or weight loss.😘
This is my first time training with an app...and i must say it was amazing...i am waiting to see how the coming days are gonna go...i am sure i will not be disappointed..cheers
Brilliant. First time ever doing yoga and love that the exercises are there beforehand to show you what to do and explains in detail. The exercises only go up to 10 minutes though which is good for beginners but would like to see an option for a longer workout. ☺
