Very disappointed that after paying for the app it doesnt allow you to do anything different than the free version. Diet is just a recommendation not something you can actually record or follow. The workouts just give a list of workouts to do, it does lock future workouts until you've done the current workout but doesnt skip or show the next workout. You have to scroll down to your current workout. It also keeps wanting you to connect with facebook, not

It should give you the more options to customize the workout- like timing, instead of just 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Also it didn't let me rewind, only pause. I like how clear & colorful it is. It is easy to follow along.

It is easy to use. The workouts are very simple it tells you specific instructions on how to properly so all the moves to ensure no injury. The ads are also not to bad. I love the app thank you for creating it!!
