I'd love to rate this app really highly, as Lush are fantastic. I love the lush brand for many reasons, and inbuy for my partner who loves Lush massively. This app doesn't live up to the brand. A broken Fresh section?? Also, try searching product by product as that's how people will share a wishlists via WhatsApp. A few slow service calls too that aren't really excusable these days. Otherwise, minus a few design oddities, you guys would be a great example. Please do better. You can :)
Needs some improvements I love that lush have an app. It makes browsing products a lot easier on your phone, however this app definitely needs improvements. Some photos don't load regardless of whether you have high-speed internet, the store hasn't been updated in months and the website has many more options than the app does. Buying products is difficult as the cart doesn't load occasionally and some items don't appear in the cart. I think this app definitely has potential but it's extremely basic at this stage.
Great but gift trouble I'm looking at some of the gifts and it says there are zero items in this gift and I can't see what's in them. Please update this it would be really helpful as you'd imagine. Thanks.
Useless Needs fixing. You cannot login to your account. It would be nice to have it work. I'll stick to the mobile friendly version.
Doesn't work, log in/register only gets "hmm, something went wrong". Shame, would be great if it could get functional!
Somethings gone wrong!! Yes your awful App.... whats the point if you can't actually buy anything. I don't have time to go in store... now im going to have to buy elsewhere.... very annoying!
We've exfoliated those bugs away and rubbed on the lotion to fix the cracks. Our uptime has never been better!
