This app is the worst I've ever seen. As other reviews have pointed out, there's no longer a way to view pieces by category (Lush's answer to how to do it doesn't work at all) The search feature is terrible. The home screen is a whole mess of random highlights. The only reason I downloaded it was for Halloween products that were supposed to drop on the 29th. It's the 29th and there's NO HALLOWEEN! What a waste of space on my phone. Please do better Lush.

The Halloween Products launched on the app at around 9am GMT on 29th August. It is a manual task to add the products so they are always done first thing in the morning when we open.
I will pass your feedback on regarding the search function to our development team to look at.

You don't get to save your favorite products anymore. If you want to buy a product that you had on your saved list, you have to go all the way inside the search engine, find it, add it to the cart, and then repeat the process. It becomes a serious pain if you're buying more than one item, when used to be able to just put all your favorites in a saved list. You could just click an add, it made it easier to keep track of all the products you liked so you wouldn't forget anything. :(
