This is my 5th time installing the app. Every time I place an order, it clears the product out of my bag, but not the total. I just went to get a butterball bomb which is $5 and the total was $98. There was no way to clear that 90+ from my cart. I had to uninstall and reinstall. And this is the 2nd time I've had this issue. Also is a hassle that I can't click on whatever is in my cart and have it take me to the product page. App has potential but has plenty to be improved on.

The new update sucks. It looks and fuctions like something a student threw together. The design is so cluttered, and The Bathe and Lens features are gimmicky and pointless. The search function, cart, and order screens often crash or glitch out. My wishlist disappeared, and I get an error message whenever I try to add items back. Even the product descriptions are vague and unhelpful. They added all these unwanted features to seem more unique, but lost what actually worked for them in the process.

a horrible user experience. I got the app thinking the design would be different than the website but it is copy and pasted. the way the made their category selection is so odd and you have to scroll almost to the end of the list horizontally to get to SKINCARE! ONE OF THEIR MAIN THINGS! I don't know if they know but they are alienating some of their best sellers with this very very odd design. they rely on so many campain advertisements than actually letting the product speak for itself
