About this app

The Craft Voucher is a program run by the City of Krakow: half the price of a service from a Krakow craftsman is covered by a voucher, up to 100 PLN, once a year for one Krakow Card number.

DIRECTORY FOR RESIDENTS, WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT

The craftsman directory opens immediately after launching the app. You don't need to create an account, provide any personal information, or register anything.

• Map of Krakow with service points and a list of addresses
• Search by name and filter by craft type
• Sort by distance if you enable location access
• Business listing: services covered by the voucher, other offers, photos, phone number, and opening hours
• Multiple service points for the same company, each with its own address and opening hours

The directory only includes companies approved by the Małopolska Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship in Krakow.

HOW TO COLLECT A VOUCHER

Go to the shop and show your Krakow Card, either plastic or in the app, before paying. The artisan scans the card code or enters its number, and the discount is applied immediately. You pay the reduced amount and don't need to request a refund.

The voucher covers 50% of the service price, up to a maximum of PLN 100, and is valid for one-time use. For a service of PLN 80, the discount is PLN 40, which is the end of the voucher; any unused portion of the limit cannot be transferred to another service or establishment. One Krakow Card number is valid per program year.

The program covers repair, renovation, and reuse of items, as its goal is to promote zero waste. The creation and sale of new products and workshops are not covered by the voucher.

FOR CRAFTSMANS IN THE PROGRAM

After logging in, craftsmen approved by the Małopolska Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship in Krakow receive customer service tools in the app at the counter:

• Voucher activation with a single large button, scanning the code from the Krakow Card or entering the number manually
• Discount amount calculated by the system, without receipts on the card
• Activation history and billing overview
• Editing your business card: description, services, photos, phone numbers, hours, and service points
• Deleting your account directly in the app

Company registration for the program is handled by the Małopolska Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship in Krakow. The app does not independently grant participation in the program.

PRIVACY

Residents use the catalog and collect their vouchers without an account in the app. Upon activation, we record the Krakow Card number, purchase amount, and discount value, as this is required for program settlement. We do not ask for the name of the person using the voucher. Access to the camera is used to scan the code on the Krakow Card and, after logging in, also to take a photo of the company's business card. Access to location is only used to show the artisans closest to you. You can deny any consent: the card number can be entered manually, a photo can be selected from the gallery, and the map will be centered on Krakow.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program is operated by the Małopolska Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship in Krakow. The program is a public project financed by the City of Krakow.
