Works on and off. packages are consistently being delivered in the luxerone lockers but buyers arent notified or given codes. it worked for a couple months before I had issues. I've lost so much money to packages supposedly getting delivered but never having access to them. and services wont refund when the packages show delivered. also, I occasionally get notification and access to other people's packages, and no way to fix it.

Terrible package system. Delivery drivers are too overworked or dont care about using the system. so even if it works on paper, scanning each package so I can see the label never happens. sometimes the code needed for me to access the package room never arrives, is late, sends multiple times, or I get codes for packages that arrive for someone else. leads to a guessing game and combined with my apartments package system leads to a hunt to find my package guessing if its their at all.

App is so slow to start that it's useless. Main workflow: go down to the package lockers, open app, wait 10+ second then give up and use the texted code for the lockers instead of opening with the app. The individual features seem ok - notifications work at least - but it's so much faster to enter the codes into the package locker than to try to use the app to open the locker which is half the point of the app. edit: app no longer sends notifications nor knows I get packages. uninstalling now
