I am absolutely certain I would have given a much higher rating if either the apps I installed on my phone and on my roku had offered me a chance to sign up for the service, instead both only gave log in screens for existing customers only. would have been very nice to know that before I wasted my time installing both.

The app is snappy and nice. I never run into any issues with it hanging except on initial startup when it loads. 4 stars because there are some features that would be really nice. A previous channel button would be quite nice right next to the buttons for description and stuff. Also, turning closed captioning off/on from the video instead of settings. Picture in Picture would be a game changer for Sundays. But even without these things still the best IPTV player I've used so far.

My subscription expired but I didn't have the password to pay to renew a monthly streaming subscription. I decided to get another streaming service. I set up the new account which uses the lux player app. The problem I have is I am not able to enter the user name and password because the app says my previous streaming subscription has expired. I cannot enter my new information (new password). I unstalled the app and re-installed the app. It still says my previous subscription has expired
