I didn't get the service I paid for. Not once or twice. It's happened 3 times now. Lost £55 in total every time I tried to buy a bundle. The numbers I wanted to top up were all correct. While it was processing the bundle it suddenly stopped and the money was already taken out of my account. I didn't get the bundles I paid for. I was hoping that the money would bounce back to my account and I waited for so long but that didn't happen. I NEED A REFUND. my MONEY back ASAP.

I bougth a SIM card with 10 GB for 30 Euro something in Amsterdam. I used it perfectly for a night in Amsterdam. The store in the Airport said that I could use it in Estonia, but it did not work at all. I downloaded the app; Netherland and Estonia is not listed in the countries within the apps. I,m totally disappointed. How about returning the money back?!

Positively the worst app I've ever tried! In order to use it at all, you need to input your date of birth. This cannot be done by freeform field, you have to scroll back month by month on a calendar. As I am over 50, this would mean scrolling through over 600 months one by one. What a stupid mistake the developers made here! As a result, I have been unable to register as I don't have time to click 600 times on a button....
