I started with a ten pound top up. Watched 1:30 YouTube video and ended up with £1.59 left absolutely awful. With that £10 balance to begin with, I tried getting a bundle. I chose the one which I quite liked and it said I had to pay with card. I didn't want to give out my details so I couldn't get a bundle. Surely there should be an option to pay using your balance. It has been around 24 hours since i topped up 10 pounds and I know have £0.01
Better than earlier but still slow in fetching the data and fails several times. Also, there is no view to see the usage of national and international calls used/available separately. Could be improved further to be completely useful for the end user.
Evidently material design is an utterly unknown concept for the poeple at Lycamobile. The UI is unintuitive & full of things are rediculously difficult to identify. Honestly, it stops me from making transactions because I have no clue how to! Please, please make the GUI at least bearable, or make a tutorial on how it works when entering it because I can't use it the way it is. Regards, – Roke.
I haven't used it much...but till now it's a great app..but the big problem is if you have to call the customer care for any of your queries , you have to wait for atleast 25 mins to connect the call. That's actually very very pathetic....but still 5 stars
It will still withdraw from my credit card for bundle renew even though I have plenty of money in my lyca account... and yes, you can't remove your credit card once saved.
Your business model relies on user lack ok knowledge to activate SAVE rates each top up. So they did not implement a Recurring SAVE, like Recurring Top Up. So, SMS @ 2525: SAVE . Don't be"CHEAP" while remaining Low Cost.
