Not very impressive. Most of the time doesn't work. Can't see usage when you click see more. The only usage is call history,where everything is clubbed together including calls,texts and data usage. The App needs a lot improvement. Lyca Mobile using O2 can't complain about network coverage. Network coverage and speed is good. All networks have their ups and downs. But O2 better than any other network.

The worst mistake of my life in choosing this carrier. As much as their revenue dipped in the last few years, it certainly reflected the kind of services that they are offering. Firstly, the application is confusing because it dint let me know exactly what my actual balance is from the promotional credit they offered me. Secondly, always having trouble in purchasing any bundles from my card but through the quick top up, they charged you instantly without having to verify from my bank acc apps.

Very disappointed. If there was option for 0 star, I would prefer that. Why? Beacuse the application is not allowing to proceed with the bundles that I need while allowing some specific bundles only. Also, it was asking to verify email address and I had waited for whole day (tried several times) but got no email. The worst part, it was not allowing me to even close that window. I remember last application was also having issues, but this new one is not even allowing to do the main tasks.
