Ratings and reviews

This is an expensive massage chair and I do enjoy using it but the app is just not usable. It will not find the chair and even when setting it up manually, it just gives an error of Bluetooth connection doesn't exist. This app needs a lot of work. Also, the controls on the chairs LCD screen should be backlit which is why I was hoping the app would be an option. I am relaxing so I turn the lights down low but then I can't see the controls on the LCD screen. Fix the app please.

This app and the Bluetooth feature on this chair SUCK. The app never finds the chair to connect, but qill try to connect to my TV and dryer. WTH. I can connect to Bluetooth, but when I try to use Bluetooth, I get an error saying the app needs to be used for this device, but the app doesn't work. I'm very disappointed and would return this thing if I knew it would be a nightmare process and I've already discarded the packaging. RealRelax's IT needs to get it figured out.

Doesn't work at all. Worthless. I was already logged and created an account when I purchased it. Now when I try open it it wants me to log in, but doesn't recognize my password. When I try to reset the password it says my email doesn't exist. When I try to register a new account it wants a passcode that's supposed to go tontou email only it never shows up
