Ratings and reviews

I recently started back driving with Lyft, and it has not been a good experience. The map is severely outdated and glitches a lot. There could at least be an option to click on the ride in progress to see the upcoming turns ahead of time. I have also noticed when I am trying to accept rides it would just freeze. Definitely messes with my ability to achieve certain goals. Please get it together

I like making money with Lyft. Currently they're offering better incentives than Uber. A few problems I have to mention. 1: Many of the options on the menu lead directly to the website instead of just having accessibility on the app. 2: The speed limits don't always show on navigation, and it doesn't have to do with new roads. 3: I've talked to riders who've mentioned tips they give are severely limited. 4: Navigation switches when I get close to rider.

Horrible gos navigation. More passengers are transferring over from uber to lyft. Need to fix adding a rider automatically to the que when you are in a ride. Should fix that and make it where you can decide to do it. Show the map or what city u are going and the earnings to. Gps needs to stop zooming in when u get close to person. Get rid of the pick up exact location. People have company schedule trips for them and pick up is in the middle of a building... I can't drive inside a building.
