Ratings and reviews

Cannot access Journey camera files. (neither a friend with the exact same car) (Tried many times) Climate control wil not start anymore. And it keeps on beeping for a while that it's not connected... Easy things to fix (or break in case of remote climate control activation). Too bad :( edit: also cannot connect anymore when I am not on WiFi. So many bugs/issues ... Doesn't suit the brand.

The app has become more usable since the recent update. It's possible to warm and cool the car remotely, but it's not reliable. The app gives almost every time and error. So I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. @Lynk&Co Thanks for the usable updates, but work harder (hint: activate dashcam). User from The Netherlands.

Nice car, but the application insights are very limited in 2026 (especially when you compare with other cars like Ford where more telemetric data is available for users). One of the best cars in tech standards also need best user experience through the interface. I hope they focus on the coming updates. thank you.
