• Purchase quickly both for you and your travelling companions
• Purchase Season Tickets and Carnets for Regional, Frecce and Intercity train services
• Complete your journey by purchasing a ticket for your medium or large-sized dog, or choose one of the additional services available to you
• Check availability and book trains when purchasing a Frecce and Intercity Season Ticket
• Save your “Favourite Journeys” and/or frequent journeys and purchase them again the next time in just one tap
• You can use either your CartaFRECCIA points or bonuses, credits or gift cards and telephone credit to make purchases
• Book your journey with Postoclick, which you can also confirm directly from your Customer Area

not well designed for foreigners as you need a tax ID to create an account, and the only way to do it is by sending an email that is not well advertised or shown on the app . the purchase as guest requires a lot of info that it needs each time and is lost in the app if you lose internet connection, which is likely when on a train!

Does all it should and is pretty usable. Tickets bought on the website automatically appeared in the app. Could be better if things were better linked, so you could see the status of your train/which platform from your ticket, instead of having to leave it and enter the train number on a different page. In the reply to this review I am told that all this information should be visible on the home page for your next booked journey, but that didn't happen for my three journeys. Maybe next time.

I couldn't login with my email and password. Later I discovered a username was generated for me that I had not noticed. Now using this I can login. Now I think the app is 100%. Even without an account it is great for platforms and train status. Thank you.
