Easy to use. Though less need to keep updating the app would be strongly encouraged. No Sam. You missed the point. It's the inconvenience to the subscriber. Like for me, got to constantly delete some of my files just to accommodate your updates each time. Or I can stop using your app as long I don't update. Does it make sense to you?...haha
Stupid app. Insisted that I update the app before I can continue. Users cannot choose to defer updating? Sam, it is M1's prerogative to only support the latest version but M1 has no right to dictate to the user's when or if he/she wants to update. What if the latest version is not compatible with users who have older phones? Then M1 insist user upgrade their phones to enjoy M1 App or the user is to be deprived of the functionality provided by M1?
The app cannot work on OnePlus 3. Previous version work well. Now I can't open the app. Please check.
Your M1 app not reliable. I see my data plan not exceeded but your bill indicate I exceeded. I have to pay that stupid extra $.
Too many updates from time to time. The data usage only tell us from the start of a new cycle till the current date but doesn't tell us when is the end period which is a bit useless. Please go learn from singtel on how they show the data usage tracking till the end of the cycle.
App does not show actually usage for billing period. It only shows 1 day usages (eg. 14-14 Nov)
