75% of the time when I open the app a screen to "grab my offer" will pop up with no option to close it. I'll scroll back and forth without seeing any way to close this screen, and the only way to avoid this has been to close and reopen the app then press the back button at exactly the right time to stop it from opening. This isn't a practical or reliable method needless to say. The popup offers have greatly reduced the quality of the app for me.

The app is amazing - so helpful for my fur family of 2 dogs and 2 cats. Especially for the senior cat who requires medication every other day, the notifications are great. And keeping track of the senior dog that tends to have tummy trouble a lot. So helpful to have information available to give the vet. But also, the 11 Pets Support Team is awesome. I recently had a problem with synchronizing my information on a new phone. Multiple attempts failed, even when things remained fine on my old phone. Anyway, the Support Team was very responsive and communicative. They quickly looked into the matter, and it's been resolved. An awesome app with fantastic support!

This app is very close to being useful, if it added just a bit more customization. I have 1 cat and 2 lizards, and the reptiles need very different scheduled care than a mammal. If I could add a relevant icon to the custom reminders (like cleaning their enclosures), or have a way to record things like when they shed or the # of urates/feces found in a week, it would be really great! As is, it's just not useful to me.

Hi Renee, you can customize the schedule and add your own categories. Just go to the Periodic Maintenance section, tap the configuration button and add a new category
