Ratings and reviews

Even though I can't really afford it, I took advantage of the limited time "lifetime subscription" offer. I can't lose years worth of records for my sanctuary, and having a monthly or annual subscription fee would be beyond unaffordable. I haven't found another app as well designed and thought out as 11 Pets, that could take its place. The app itself I would give 5 stars. Putting me between a rock and a hard place earns a 1. I rated it based on the average.

I've used this app for years, but I mainly use it to keep track of my pet's weights, especially those with medical conditions that require their weight to be monitored, and note incidents (track my dog's occasional seizure). Now that the free version is going away, I can't justify paying €69 a year to use two of its features. I'm not opposed to paying a yearly subscription, but that fee is more than I pay for subscriptions on apps I use on a daily basis.

The app is amazing - so helpful for my fur family of 2 dogs and 2 cats. Especially for the senior cat who requires medication every other day, the notifications are great. And keeping track of the senior dog that tends to have tummy trouble a lot. So helpful to have information available to give the vet. But also, the 11 Pets Support Team is awesome. I recently had a problem with synchronizing my information on a new phone. Multiple attempts failed, even when things remained fine on my old phone. Anyway, the Support Team was very responsive and communicative. They quickly looked into the matter, and it's been resolved. An awesome app with fantastic support!
