Lomalo is the digital wallet built for the people of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) to securely receive and manage their ENRA (Universal Basic Income) benefits.

Lomalo complements existing benefit delivery channels such as mailed checks and direct deposit with a secure, digital-first option. Lomalo enables eligible users on any atoll to verify their UBI registration status, receive benefit disbursements in real time, and connect to other verified users.

Lomalo bridges distance and drives inclusion — linking citizens, communities, and their government through a digital system designed for the RMI.

Lomalo is an optional digital wallet that allows eligible recipients to receive government disbursements. Lomalo facilitates the receipt, viewing, and conversion of government disbursement amounts into U.S. dollars or other supported payment methods. Lomalo does not issue currency or provide banking services.
