First time user for this specific app, and it's confusing as hell. Sometimes, the back button won't work or works too well and kicks me from the app. Not only that, I can't figure out how to transfer any funds to other accounts NOT associated with MSB for the life of me because you guys have made it too difficult to do, I guess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst banking app out there.

I can't get it to work I've tried on two different phones. Even brought it into the bank who suggested I start using it. They had no luck. It would be really convenient app. Would love to have it work.

Really good with Casey she's very nice and she knows what she is doing
