i have 4 cams that I have used on the V380 pro app for the last 3 years. The cams are from different sellers. They all worked fine recording to SD cards for the first year. One by one, they all stopped recording to the SD cards. Nothing I tried helped to restore recording (rebooting, resetting to factory, cycling power, etc). i am certain that this recording option has been disabled by the V380 app. Emailing back and forth with technical support was useless. i will toss these cams.

This is the least professional security camera application I've ever used. If I had known beforehand that it would shove adds at me and always try to sell me extra things I would have purchased different cameras that I know have actual professional applications to go with them. the actual interface seems to be fine but the cameras aren't wanting to record their internal memory. Overall not with the purchase price or the annoyance.

Buyer beware! Camera works fine but will miss and skip times and having issues just on 3/2 /24 with screen not playing back. It a great camera just has a few issues. Also I have tried to reach out to technical support and send lots of messages but not helpful. It could be a server issue but not all the time.consider what they wrote as a response should tell you a lot. I'm missing a lot of investments opportunities messing around with this camera. I'm done paying for something that is not working
