1. Insert one or more accounts giving only description and amount at now or at the start of the year.

3. Search for movements already saved and update them if you need it. Now you can do it by description selecting search icon on right of title bar.

D. View a graphic report showing trend of your accounts during the year.

G. View a barchart report telling you the impact of a category cost over total revenues for every month or the whole year.
You can also :
Export on SD card all data inserted to have a data back up and to have a template your base and recurring movements to have in archive every year.

With Balance Note, you can remember of all your expenses and incoming of everyday.
It permits you to check how much you spend and earn for your home, for your job, for your free time and for your gifts. In addition, with the ability to create custom categories, you can have more control of your expenses and incoming.
You can set your actual bill, so you can keep under control your balance.
Starting home page has got 4 default categories:

How to start?

We define Master Data Management(MDM) as the technology,tools and processes required to create and maintain consistent and accurate list of master data. Master data can be described by the way in which it is created, read, updated, deleted, searched or how it interacts with other data.
For example in masters under bank you can create a bank master with details of your existing bank account with which further transactions can be carried out. Similarly under A/c Head all your expenses and income can be created with necessary details. You can also modify a Cash Account from here which symbolises the amount of cash in hand. Under party,your Sundry Creditor and Debtor accounts can be created and managed.
Special Group allows you to enter and modify group names for categorizing your transactions.
All your day to day transactions from the Cash Account(cash in hand) can be entered here. You can pick date and the type of transcations here. Once you click this button and your Cash account(cash in hand) balance is empty, a dialog asks if you want to enter an opening balance in Cash Account .
Your transactions which uses a bank account can be filled through this. If the amount is debited/credited via cheque then you can enter the cheque details also. If the type of payment is debit then bank details field is disabled as it will not be necessary else if the type of payment is credit then bank details field will be enabled.
Sales and Purchase transactions can be submitted here which will require the rate quantity and amount for each transaction. Amount field value(rate X qty) is automatically displayed once you enter the rate and qty. You can set preference on clicking the preference button.
If you have any entry in transactions then a Statement button appears in the page
Your Monthly and daily transaction report can be chosen from here, which will be displayed in an excel sheet. Outstanding button displays the final amount in the account as receivable and payable.
Now if you need a reminder repeating for a constant interval of time, set date and time at which alarm should finish and also fill start before field and interval field. The 1st notification appears at the time mentioned in start before field and after that it will be repeated for the given interval until the date and time is reached
A daily reminder can be enabled by checking the Set Daily Reminder field. Set a time and the alarm will notify you daily at that particular time.
Once you receive a notification you can click on it, which displays the reminder page with the details from where you can delete or update the reminder further.
Once you choose a particular from and to date all your transaction reports within that time period is listed.
There is also an option to mail your report as an excel sheet so that you can later analyze the accounts.
In settings you have options to back up and restore the database. Once you have entries transactions for a week or month you can make a back up of this database and start fresh. This data can be restored later for any checking.
Clear database allows you to clear all your transactions in cash book, bank book, journal book and transactions page.
Become "smart" by managing your finances right on your "smartphone", Analyze and take informed decisions with the help of charts. Keep track of all your transactions, App will do the book keeping and also you can export/import the data!
You can add transactions easily and categorize them quickly, it is also possible to modify or delete them later.
Both Free and Paid Versions of the App are always Ad-free. All the data is saved on your phone. You can lock the data with a personal PIN password.
The reason i wrote this App is because I wanted a simple and lovely App which helps me to keep track of all my incomes and expenses and show me simple, clean and instantaneous current status and also i should be able to see the past data, both Quantitatively and the Trend of my incomes and expenditures. I designed the Dashboard which exactly tells me this information. I have made sure to give total control over the duration to observe/analyze the data, because a picture is worth a thousand words!
For me Ads is a BIG NO, so i have not given any Ads for both Free and Paid versions of the App even if it could have helped me financially, In fact i seriously have the opinion that Financial Apps which maintains your data locally should be secure and not connect to Internet(unless it needs to get latest information something like stock market data) so i have made sure this App does not need to connect to the INTERNET.
Currently the App maintains a Single Account with Single Currency. It captures the necessary and critical information while you are adding the transaction. I have tried to keep the interface as simple as possible.
This product has evolved over many iterations of careful design, planning and testing stages. Still many new features are planned in the roadmap, please give your feedback and feature requests to keep encouraging us!

PSBalance - это приложение, с помощью которого можно проверить доступные средства на банковской карте, счете или вкладе, выполнить некоторые операции по предварительно созданному шаблону, а также посмотреть историю поручений или выписку.
Вы можете сохранить всю таблицу ключей или отдельный ключ в телефоне, и он будет автоматически использован при выполнении шаблона.
Есть возможность использовать автоматическую проверку баланса. При изменении суммы на карте появится уведомление в строке состояния о изменении баланса.
Для работы приложения необходимо подключить услугу Интернет-банк PSB-Retail и использовать привязанную таблицу ключей. Программа не поддерживает работу с сертификатами.
