Using fingerprint ID to log in NEVER works. Always says "Incorrect response from server. Try again later." Also, whenever I try to use LastPass to log in, the mSave app crashes. Having to log into the app every single time is so obnoxious, and it's exacerbated by having to open the app, unlock LastPass, have the mSave app crash, open it back up again, copy the password from the LastPass window, then paste in the password to finally log into mSave. Such a frustrating experience.

This company is not user friendly. My card seldom works at medical providers. I have to submit additional documentation for every use. I have not been able to submit a claim for reimbursement via the application for two weeks, I have to use a desktop computer. I've notified them, no fix date. I submitted a reimbursement for femine supplies that are covered under the Cares Act. It was denied. I spent 49 minutes on the phone with them showing them on their own website where it was covered. 0/10
