Whenever I want to use the app, it's not there. where does it disappear to? it's it like spyware? I can INSTALL n UPDATE the app, but the is no OPEN button. where is the app then? For such a big n successful company, is a very poorly made n unstable app

Not good. Every time I open for the cashier to scan.. its not opening sometime the app itself is missing. other day it's in my phone next few hours it's gone.

Receipts are recently getting declined more than before and the only way to fix that is by calling customer service. The reasons stated are incorrect, for e.g, receipt is older than 14 days when the purchase was done same day or before. I would love to know why the experience has become inconvenient for the customer and why we are being discouraged to get our points
