This app probably opens once every 10 tries. That's can be frustrating to someone when they're trying to track their shipment. When you actually get to access the app, its great! You get to see all your information and your charges before hand . Something MUST be done about the time the app takes to launch. Its very annoying. Btw, Jetbox is my shipping provider so idk if my issues are as a result of that.

This app seldom opens on the first go, it always say application error. I have to close and open multiple times before it opens properly. Only using it because my freight forwarder use it for tracking.

The app seems to be unable to connect to server so its absolutely useless. Then on the odd chance it opens it says to check internet connection. I am from Trinidad just incase that is the problem.
