deleted and re downloaded the app because of a glitch that caused the screen to be blank whenever I tried to log in. Now that I've redownloaded the app, they are asking for a recovery phrase to access my wallet. unfortunately I don't remember my recovery phrase but for some reason this is the only way to access my account. I've emailed support several times in the past week looking for an alternate way of logging in but have gotten no response. very disappointing as now I can't access MY money

Had some issues on mobile with seeing my portfolio, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the app I'm good to go. Wallet is fast, one stop shop. You can literally do everything in crypto in this one wallet and it's incredibly smooth!.

Haven't been able to access funds or balanes for 3 weeks now. *Review Update* After backing up my recovery phase, I proceeded to uninstall and reinstall the app. My balances have returned, and I can now continue to transfer between wallets and marketplaces. All is well. Updated rating to 4 star as a result.
