It used to work well. I was actually getting better call quality in the app than the phone I purchased from magic jack. For the past few days I am not getting any calls through the app. Really disappointing. It's vital for my business that the app works. Phone service should be reliable, not hit or miss. Not sure how long I will remain with magic jack if this continues.

I have had my home based business now for 30 years and I've been using MJB since it launched it in 2017. They have had a couple of minor glitches with only the app along the way but since the new update on July 1, 2020 it works great! I have a MJB desk phone and the app on my smart phone. I like the music on hold and the easy to use conference call feature on the desk phone. I can also block numbers using my online account that I don't want calling me again like spam calls. It really is the best deal I've ever found for anyone in a small or home based business!

After having for 1 year for business. Can be sitting at desk and their desk phone rings but not in my app at same time when its supposed to. Would miss calls since it never rang.? You can't text images thru the app only call n text. When you were on phone it was always choppy since it depends on internet ONLY, so had to have wifi or strong signal. Try to quit less than year they will charge you the desk phone. I was porting # out to ATT and having issues & if I'd call again $25 bucks charge!
