Ratings and reviews

I placed an order for biryani, but the delivery was delayed for a long time and the order was eventually cancelled. I was told that the refund would be credited within 10 working days. However, I still have not received the refund, even though the app shows the status as “Refunded.” I have already checked both my bank statement and UPI transaction history, but the amount has not been received. When I contacted customer support, the chat continued for almost 50 minutes. The agent’s responses fe

Very bad app. I would strongly recommend not making online payments through this app. The order often doesn't get delivered, and sometimes it shows as delivered even when you haven't received it. I once paid online for a food delivery, but the order was cancelled and I lost my money. Very disappointing experience.

The app is great in terms of savings. But despite the other food savings apps, this app is not up to date with it's data. There are many outlets which are disabled or not at the location. There are few cases where the people at the outlet don't even know about magicpin but the outlet is listed in magicpin. I had to raise tickets for multiple outlets to disable them in the app as they are not accepting. We get to know that only after visiting the outlet. Data has to be updated frequently.
