Ratings and reviews

It's a hit or miss app. Sometimes order gets delivered, sometimes it doesn't ❌❌. Biggest thing is - there is no customer care. At all. Zero accountability. My big order was neither accepted nor rejected by Barbeque Nation. After 1 hour I had to cancel because there was no one I could call or talk to. Avoid this app as no support available.❌❌ Edit: They called me 10 times a day to delete review. This much effort they will not give when I was actually having issue while ordering. Same 1 star.

I am getting good rewards with this app but I have recently noticed that this app is collecting all my bank transaction messages and offering rewards for the past transactions too. Beware guys, goto earn-pending rewards(claim now) section and you will be surprised to see how it is going through all your bank transactions. For this reason I am uninstalling this app and will suggest my friends also to do the same.

No accountability for missing orders. no customer care support at all. I haven't got my order and not even refund even after raising ticket on the order and even after contacting on e-mail. very bad experience and it's horrible and waste of money . i have magicpro subscription but still service is worst.
