Absolutely the worst app experience to date. Plagued with issues from start to finish, it's a total scam. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making navigation a nightmare. Features promised are non-existent or dysfunctional. Customer support is abysmal, with no helpful responses. The app is riddled with ads and hidden fees, making it a blatant cash grab. It's not only a waste of time but also a potential risk for your data security. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the frustration

I appreciate the app for providing excellent discounts through magic points. However, I recently had a terrible experience with the food delivery unit of this app. I had placed a food order and the delivery time was estimated to be 33 minutes. However, even after 2 hours, my order had not been delivered, and the delivery executive had fled with my order. After repeatedly messaging the help center of the app, I was finally informed that the order could not be fulfilled, and money was refunded.

Though it is trying to be one of the Best ondc app among its competitors,it has some merchants which do not live upto the expectation and not honest. And hence not much a reliable app for food ordering. 2 mishaps in same day consecutively does not sound a good and reliable merchant tie up. Magic pin was helpless and informed there was no mishap! even after sharing the images. They were biased in providing resolution and hence I deleted the app. Not worth it. I did not even get referral benefit
