Ratings and reviews

I recently subscribed to magicPin's Pro membership, hoping to save some money on my dining expenses. However, I was extremely disappointed with their service. Despite being promised exclusive discounts and offers, most of the deals were either expired or not available in my area. When I contacted their customer support team for assistance, they were unhelpful and refused to refund my money. Overall, I do not recommend magicPin's Pro membership and advise other to think twice before subscribing.

well, I had a duplicate charge issue and they have fixed it now so I ought to revise my review. I mean, you can't deny that some of their Dining Out Discounts are better than Zomato and Swiggy Dineout. Although the way they show highest possible savings amounts is kind of irritating as those are coupons (can even be out of stock), not magicpay discount percentage.

The customer support for this app is worst. I have ordered some food 7days back and and received something else. Immediately I have raised a complaint with all the pictures but none of the customer care person, till date, contacted me. There is a bot which always sends same saved message again n again. I am really disappointed with magic pin food delivery service and I would recommend nobody to use it. If something goes wrong, nobody will take care of your complaint and your money is gone.
