Ratings and reviews

No customer service. I ordered my food for the first time from this app and tried to update my address but it by default selected some other address which they have taken from Zomato app. Now when I tried to contact the customer service there was no response and they don't have cancellation option either. I had to call the delivery agent and the restaurant to solve the problem. Very bad experience. Plus the bill amount and the amount I paid was different. Horrible app

I placed a order and the delivery is showing 18 mins from last 1 hr. I called the restaurant and the order is picked up. I tried calling him but his phone is switched off. And the rider location is same from last 1 hr and phone is switched off. When I am trying to cancel the order it's showing non refundable as order is picked by someone. Since I have already paid so I can't do anything, neither do they have any customer support. Totally useless and waste of money if u paid online.

They are not awarding coins they, because they want to boost sales of their Pro membership. Support was able to resolve past issues of Double Charge due yo App Bug, and even Wrong outlet paid due to human error, but their responses all suggest they are doing a big favor by returning our money and claim that it's a one-time exception, so one needs to avoid using this app as they can keep your money without providing any service they say.
