It keeps saying not working the app server is down for months. There is no number for customer support too. All that works is the SMS service but, then why have an app at all. And to top it I'm charged by the school for this. Response I got is reach out to their number. What is expected call once in two days?
Very bad app, first few days it was showing bus location but no notification. Later on it stop showing bus location and tracking. Then every time to get bus location I had to logout and login again. I tried calling customer care but after 1 min call gets automatically disconnected...very pathetic experience.
Again stopped working. You cannot rely on this application at all. Again its asking me to sign in and to submit the child information Even after submitting multiple times its not working and showing the same error message again and again
It doesn't work. During rainy seasin we do not want our children to wait unnecessarily in the rain and the reason we choose Northstar is to tell us where exactly the school bus is and accordingly we go to the pickup point. The Northstar staff who attends the call is not at all helpful.
Route 11, alerts and map is not working after school reopening. Is this app working or school has unsubscribed the app. Please let me know. Lawrence school hsr Bangalore
Horrible app . Not working since school has begun... and no one is answering as to why and what d problem is ... the call centre just keeps saying busy busy... Nit a responsible app at all for our little kids
