I downloaded this app because of the awesome interface and features. Then I discovered that there is no voice navigation. Really? How do you put this much effort into it and leave out the most important safety feature? What is the point if there is no voice navigation? Am I supposed to read my phone while driving? Not going to risk my life. I had high hopes for this app. Disappointing.
Pros: Basically Google maps with better interface (that i really liked). Cons: 1. Ruined by intrusive ads - full page loud sound cant be disabled until ad started - v.bad design principle. 2. Cannot pay to get rid of ads. 3. Maps slightly slow to update. 4. Multiple questions confirming exit.
There ought to be an option to seamlessly jump from Maps to this new app in case you ask to navigate. Otherwise it's kind of cumbersome. Plus, the app is the absolute anti-tank, thesis of intuitive and user-friendly. I have no idea how to work it.
Interface is awesome. Turn by turn navigation? Still can't figure out how that one works. I'm not a newbie to androud either and the fact that I'm not gonna spend a ton of time trying to figure out something that should be the most simpme thing is a huge negative
Screen turned off after a minute of driving when I tested this first time so will send feedback to support as settings have no option to change this. So I went straight back to Google Maps.
I like this map app very much because it can be browsed with minute details. It is perfect for listing down the road name to our destination prior to our travels. Thank you for creating this app. Hands up.
