HOW IT WORKS
Using Call Tracker for Capsule CRM is much easier than it may seem! Just take a look at how comfy is it in use:
You should have a Capsule CRM account. Having the existing account, open ‘Configuration’ and ‘Log in’. Then enter your login, password, and URL.
Even if you have not received any calls, you can already set up rules for call tracking. Open ‘Rules’ and press the “+” button in the right bottom corner. You will see a pop-up where you only need to enter the phone number and chose the rule for it.
The feature of “SMS Tracking” is unable by default, but you are able to turn it on in the app setting.
You can choose the destination where to save voice notes.
