Did an offer that I had to wait five days for to go to my account. After it finally did, I went to cashout and it said my cashout were pending because my account was under review. I messaged to complain about it, noting it could of been under review during the 5 days I had to wait for my money. Said it would take a day or two, rarely more. When it was about to be two days I messaged again, and they just repeated the same thing and I said it was BS. Now they're just not even responding

I've been trying to cash out $7 for the last 12 days and haven't been able to because its pending due to further review to make sure everything aligns with their policies. IT'S ONLY $7! I've cashed out before with them for 5 or less but I guess the $7 is too much so they have to further investigate. For the time put in taking the surveys and finally being able to find one you can complete, then not being able to get what you worked for. Its not worth it.

Used to be a really good gaming platform. Now when I message the so called support team, I get ignored. Gave stars so maybe this will post to let new players know. Have been waiting to cash out for almost 2 weeks and no response but the same automated message. Used to love this app. I've seen I'm not the only one. Wish they would have continued to be awesome. But for me personally it's not the case at all anymore.
