Was better before update The form doesn't fit on a tablet screen anymore. It used to fit easily and was much more intuitive to use. It is cumbersome as clients must scroll down to fill in the form.
I have to spend the better part of an hour trying to upload an image (Background or Logo)...and then it crashes. This would be AWESOME...if it worked. UPDATE...Now I cannot use it on my phone. USELESS
Before the update, this App helped us to capture details offline The DATE field type has dark theme in Android and is not visible to select the required date! Making it difficult to do an entry by our customers!!
Wasted two hours trying to get this app to work on my Samsung Tablet. The other version worked fine. Now I had trouble signing in, couldn't change any of the info and frozen my tablet up.
New update is not good First, I couldn't find the app in the app drawer! Sure I knew it was renamed to MailChimp Subscribe, so of course I looked under "M". Wasted lots of time before figuring out it is under "S". That was annoying & just ignorantly planned by you guys. Second, the new forms have such *excessive* padding around all the fields that it no longer fits nicely on my tablet screen. That's ridiculous & makes such an unprofessional appearance as to render this app pretty much useless. Quick signups shouldn't involve wondering where the Subscribe button is because it isn't visible at all without scrolling. Just junk, guys.
Great app, better name. I opened my app drawer to see an app called, simply enough, "Subscribe." I did not realize the app was renamed, until I saw it today. I liked the app before, but hated the long, nonsensical name. The app is simple to use, and now the name reflects that simplicity. Thanks, MailChimp!
