I've used this app for a few years now and it's been mildly frustrating, especially when attempting to insert links (it takes several tries and then you need to force quit and reopen to send). But, now I can no longer edit or type into any templates. I can click a field and a box appears but nothing is actually selected or opened. I've tried force quitting and coming back in. My app is up to date.

Hello, Your app is still broken after my phone did a software update. I updated the app this morning, and it is still doing what it was doing after my phone updated. I submitted a message through the link that you provided in my last review Explaining that the templates, and work progress is not saving in the mobile app. I go into the app and edit a template to include the images and text that I want to send, And when I go to send it it reverts to some nonsense latin email. Please help!

Terrible experiences all around. Half the time, the editor just won't work at all. Tap on an element, nothing at all happens. Other half of the time, you click on an element and the editor opens, and presents you with a view of two lines. The whole view is ridiculously smashed up to the top of the screen and the keyboard pops up the screen like a jack in the box, leaving an empty void under it. Every aspect of editing is painful in the rare instance you can even get the interface to work.
