Ratings and reviews

The new AI interface is awful. You have to use the chat interface, there's no option to just browse products and pick them. It puts everything in one chat box so when you scroll through it, the whole app gets slow and unusable to the point where you have to restart the app. Just let us use a normal shopping app again, this AI thing is flashy, slow, unusable nonsense.

Consumer Beware! They do not apply refunds automatically if you cancel an order, they will keep your money and make you jump through hoops to get it back. Their "customer support" is a comically bad chatbot that can't do anything to help. It was only able to confirm for me early this week no refund had been issued, yet it refused to connect me to a live agent to process my refund when I asked. I had 4 "conversations" spanning the course of a week, just to get a refund processed. terrible

You will not get your items, but they will make sure to keep your money. if you order an item and they don't have it they will allow you to spend your money and not refund you a single dime for expedited delivery tip or taxes. I ordered one item and gum the gum was extra. They didn't have the item; the only reason I placed an order So they sent me three dollars worth of gum and charged me thirteen dollars. Back to Doordash. * Update 05/17/26 Still a trash app & and a waste of money and time.
