Is this app even working? You can submit a report but never get a update on whether it's completed. It's stays as submitted forever. I submitted 3 reports, got a email, but never got a resolution so I don't even know if this app is functional lol Whos in charge of this app?

App doesn't work, indicatessever connection issues and brings me back to the select a city page. Also, the dropdown is flawed: has test data in the list, list is not in any logical order, and the list is not responding correctly to swipes in order to scroll down.
