I do love this app! It seems to read my mind almost giving challenges which seem appropriate for that specific day..it is a great daily reminder to be aware of life and not let it pass you by. It makes you think about who you are and what you like, what u want etc. Only thing I don't like is the lack of options and activities to complete. I would add more challenges pertaining to the specific challenge daily. Otherwise its great. Great guide to self discovery :)
It's a nice concept but for me it takes me further away from being 'mindful' when you remind yourself of something specific to focus on. It's more like what you then get is a manufactured bootleg version of the natural perfection of just being in the moment. Therefor I'm going to have to delete this. It's not helpful.
Easy to understand + use, great reminders, settings easily adjustable. useful prompts + topics to assist you in Mindfulness practice. Diary to use if wish. As others said, It is bit buggy mine had sync issues too. Needs tweaking further!
I used a lot apps but this one is different. I have the widget on my main screen to always being remembered on daily task. Usually the issue with those kind of apps are remembering issue on daily task. But this helps and the tasks are very easy to follow and helpful. I just wish it has a Windows app that was sync so it could help me remindering and easily write the journal.
As someone who suffers from social anxiety disorder, completing these challenges gives me something else to concentrate on. By providing my day with purpose, I become less reactionary and better able to handle what the day brings to me. Every day is like a treasure hunt made to bring me awareness, and knowing others are in the same journey is exciting and makes me feel connected.
I really like it, but if I want a new challenge I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It always says it's having a problem fetching the current challenge, and I've let it try to sync up for days. It just won't work
