A wonderful app that causes you to think about the obvious but unthought of things that affect your life and emotions. I just wish that I didn't have a cutoff time the enter my comments. I'm a night person and most of my free time is after midnight so I don't have the opportunity to complete a journal entry. Still I like it enough to recommend it to family and friends.
I love this app so much. I've used it for about 3 or 4 days so far. It contains daily reminders to focus on specific types of experience, and as some one studying in the Mahasi Sayadaw tradition this is exactly what I wanted and never knew existed in a mindfulness app. I also like the links to relevant talks. The talks seem to draw from philosophers and thinkers from all schools and multiple types of practices. Thank you for making this! Update - still loving it so much a week later! <3
Absolutely love it! I use the widget, where everything works smoothly and I appreciate the new insights I've had since I started during it. For devs: would be nice to see the challenge text in the same window we're supposed to make the journal entry in.

Why aren't you using notifications to show the daily challenges? It's important do that we stay in touch with app.Leave a push notification by 8am or so with the days challenge, it'll engage users better
- Accurately show the number of people who have accepted the current challenge
- Show all the existing journal entries for a challenge without having to do a manual refresh
