LOVE IT I have only had it for 3 days and am already appreciating having one thing to be aware of within my mind. It helps me notice things I may not otherwise have. It also is great to read everyone else's experience with the challenge of the day.
Wish I could add journals the following day I really love the app, it really synchs up with other stuff I want to focus on. I just wish I could go back to previous challenges and add journal entries, sometimes I dont get to it because I'm not on my phone as much in the evening.
Pretty interesting I love the challenges because they give you something small to focus on throughout the day. And being able to read other's views on challenges you completed is really eye opening.
Use it every day I may not be as conscious as I would wish a lot of the day, and I see every experience of becoming mindful a win-win.
Love it, but.. It's a great app, but I agree with others that you should be able to write in your journal for the previous day. The past three days, when I went to finish the challenge, it was too late and a new challenge had already started. I love it, but this would be amazing if it was fixed.
Can't see new challenges I go to sleep before midnight. I never see new challenges
- Fix reminder settings issue
- Remove supporter option and make the widgets available for free
- Add integration with Better Help sponsor, a platform for online counseling for people who are suffering with depression, anxiety, addiction or other strong emotion
