A Beautiful App Not only is the app great, but so is the option to do some journaling..., take notes..., and read other people's posts about each day's challenge. But what I especially enjoy a lot is that nobody is allowed the option of either disliking another person's comments, nor are we allowed to reply to what somebody else wrote. That is good because otherwise it would get ugly and negative. I want this app to stay a beautiful, happy, positive place. TY
LOVE IT I have only had it for 3 days and am already appreciating having one thing to be aware of within my mind. It helps me notice things I may not otherwise have. It also is great to read everyone else's experience with the challenge of the day.
Does not synch Great idea and I like the reminders during the day but I only get one days worth. I removed the app yesterday and installed it again to get another challenge but trying to synch challenges results in a sinking feeling as I see the spinner turn endlessly around syncing.
Wish I could add journals the following day I really love the app, it really synchs up with other stuff I want to focus on. I just wish I could go back to previous challenges and add journal entries, sometimes I dont get to it because I'm not on my phone as much in the evening.
Healthy thought for the mind :) This app is such a great tool for changing your outlook on the little things in life. Through small daily challenges, you find yourself observing things you've never seen before and analysing ideas you've never considered before. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wishes to increase their mindfulness and become more conscious in everyday life :)
Fantastic app I love how it reminds me every day, every hour to be mindful and things I would never have thought about. The only thing is I wish there was more of them because they seem to repeat
