You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

It is truly said that crises reveal people’s true colors. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with this app and the services they superficially claim to provide. I had a confirmed booking that was cancelled multiple times. Furthermore, when I applied for a full refund, the app displayed a 'technical error' unless I chose to refund the amount to the in-app wallet, in which case it processed instantly. Why am I being forced to accept a refund in the wallet.

Extremely disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip. In the current UAE travel situation, I was supposed to travel with a child and urgently needed guidance. I tried reaching customer support for hours, but all calls go to a useless IVR with no option to speak to a real person. Even after waiting for 2 days and sending emails, there was no response. I have now lost my entire booking amount and went through unnecessary stress. Very poor customer support when customers actually need help.
