Ratings and reviews

This is a weird and absurd platform where they just focus on booking and taking money from you. They don't have any customer service. There exist no email ID to contact them. Their provided phone numbers are also not connecting me to anyone. They have no channel to have any contact with their staff. I booked a ticket from them and I needed to do a little changes to my ticket but they refused to cooperate through an Auto-generated text. They don't exist physically.

Would have given negative ratings, but unfortunately that's not an option. I booked train tickets and later wanted to cancel them due to change in the travel plans. But unfortunately faced continuous issues and an error kept showing. Neither the customer support nor the app's AI is helpful. They're literally of no purpose! I've lost my money due to this major issue. Their so-called "Concerned team" never shows up and replies nothing!

Worst experience to contact for refund. While booking outstation cab on MakeMyTrip app, the amount was deducted from my but the cab was not booked. The amount has not been reversed to my account. The transaction is not showing even under failed bookings. There is no way to contact MakeMyTrip. They even don't reply to the email. Poor automated response on the app page in play store also.
