Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip. I did not receive proper flight updates, and changes made by the airline were not reflected in the app. After my flight was canceled, the refund process took far too long. Customer support was unprofessional and unhelpful. They also ignored my emails despite several reminders. When I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed that MakeMyTrip had not even sent the refund request. Poor service and communication. I would not recommend MakeMyTrip.

Very disappointed with MakeMyTrip. I booked a flight and paid through Tabby, but MakeMyTrip canceled the booking, claiming they never received the payment. I was promised a refund within 2–3 days, yet it has been almost 2 weeks with no refund. The canceled booking has also disappeared from my account, making it impossible to track. Unacceptable service and poor customer support. Refund my money immediately.

reliable, I prefer to go for solo trips and be a holiday package, flight booking, hotels, even cabs in another city everything has been excellent. Assistant if needed it's always on time. I have been associated with MMT for more than a decade now. The only complaint I have is that the coupons they provide have never been applicable. Terms and conditions revealed when you are making the payment. Still I would say, reliability, trust is much more .
