Very disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to cancel and refund my ticket, but no one responds properly. I only receive automated emails saying they tried to call me — which is not true. I never received any call. There is no real support and no proper email communication. I urgently need to cancel my ticket and book another one, but this app makes it impossible. Extremely unprofessional service. I would not recommend using it.

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

MakeMyTrip is a fraudulent app. On 7-02-2026, I had booked a hotel in Daman through the app and made the payment online. However, when I reached the booked location, the hotel did not exist. I faced a lot of trouble at night, and since it was very late, I could not find another hotel. We had to wander the whole night. We have already filed a complaint regarding this matter at the local police station there.
