Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

The worst service ever by a service provider. You can't even reach their customer service when it is needed. The only time you can reach out to them is during the trip and they too are not very helpful. MMT doesn't care about providing customer service before and after the trip and you can't connect with them for your specific questions. People please look for other options which provide better customer sevice and can connect with you when needed.

I was able to book flight tickets with cancellation option, which is much needed. Thank you makemytrip. However, while paying for my flight tickets , the app forces me to save my card details. There is no option to proceed with the payment without saving card details. Feedback: customers should be allowed to pay for services without the need to save card details on this app.
